What is a coaching collaborative?
A coaching collaborative is a group of coaches from different areas of expertise who come together to support each other and their athletes. It’s a community where everyone shares knowledge, resources, and skills to create a more well-rounded experience for the athletes they work with.
In a coaching collaborative, coaches might swap tips, co-lead sessions, or even team up to address specific needs of their athletes. It’s also a great chance for coaches to learn from one another, brainstorm new ideas, and grow together professionally. The whole collaborative vibe brings a sense of teamwork that elevates the coaching experience for everyone involved!
