Triathlon Swim Training | Group Swim Practice for Endurance Athletes
Join Empire State Endurance’s triathlon swim training sessions designed for beginner to intermediate endurance athletes. Whether you're training for your first sprint triathlon or working toward an Ironman, our small group swim practices focus on improving your freestyle technique, endurance, breath control, and open water preparation.
• Tuesdays (6:30-8:30pm) and Sundays (9:00-11:00am)
• Only $25 per session or $175 for 8 sessions

Positive Self Talk & Yoga Workshop
Join Empire State Endurance for an inspiring and restorative Wellness Workshop designed specifically for endurance athletes! This event is all about strengthening the mind as much as the body, helping you push through mental barriers and find balance in training and life.
