What are you looking to get out of this training? (i.e. faster swim time in triathlon, be able to complete the swim portion of a triathlon, compete in a Master’s swim meet, etc.)

(days/times, number of swim workouts desired per week, amount of time for each workout, etc.) Are you looking for private lessons, or can you attend the group workouts at RPI; Tuesday 6:30-8:30pm & Sunday 9-11am?
